Make you hungry? Seriously; How often have small parcels that refused to lease got "donut holed". And does anyone have unit maps showing the hole? You would think that the Forcepool scenario have occurred, but I've read where some were just left out of the unit and remained unleased. Thing is; if the laterals were close to this property, they may be getting those minerals anyway.

Maybe in PA, but here in OH they are force pooling anyone that refuses to lease including ODOT.
At the cost of $10,000. app. fee, I cant see them doing it for a small parcel, but they may just to prove a point. "take the lease ,or leave it!, We'll drill anyway."
$10,0000 is nothing compared to the loss of income from stranded land. If the unleased land is at the end of a lateral then they may not force pool. But If land is in the middle of the lateral they will force pool.http://oilandgas.ohiodnr.gov/portals/oilgas/pdf/unitization/2014/Go...

I don't know where to find the decisions. The Fineran unit was permitted on 8/15/2014 but I can't find the Plat maps yet.
Parcel 29 is less than 1/4 acre near the end of a lateral and they are trying to force pool them.http://oilandgas.ohiodnr.gov/portals/oilgas/pdf/unitization/2014/Em...
