In light of the recent downturn in gas and oil prices,I see a drastic uptick in negativity and doomsday talk.
Out of curiosity,I think it would be interesting to know just how much of a stake each of us really has in this play.

126 unity township columbiana county leased with BP 2 1/2 years left

I'm thinking most of us who read, post and reply here are 'all in' to coin a phrase.
Thank you to all the Leased Landowners who have responded thus far! Please continue to post your status.

Braintrim & Meshoppen Twps -Wyoming Co; Auburn Twp- Susquehanna Co./ Pa. / 565 acres/ leased to Chesapeake/  drilled/ all acreage held by 3 units/ receiving royalties/ Redmond North, Franclaire East, & Franclaire West ( Chpks top producing pad)

Ross Township Jefferson County Ohio/103 acres/drilled and in a unit by Chesapeake since 2012/ waiting on pipeline.

We have 20 acres in Bradford county, leases have expired so we are just waiting. Well site has been built for four years now. I predict a long wait, but we are already ahead of the game with the sign up bonuses. Happy with life and health. God Bless American energy independence. Goodby  OPEC.

Robert,

Watch for tanker trucks going to and from your well. At every well, the oil is taken from the large tanks where it accumulates, while the gas and NGLs flow to the pipeline.

I'm betting they can carry NGLs by truck as well. Even so they probably won't pay you for NGLs since Chesapeake is taking them free across the Counties under production.

I saw an article in the past few months that said some wells were fracked but waiting for pipelines. This is a hint that your well products are being taken free.

Take a look at the Hope Christian Fellowship vs Chesapeake Complaint. This is what you are in for. Don't forget to follow this lawsuit to recover your loses when you realize you have been taken for a ride.

ross/jefferson/ohio/150 acres/awaiting favorable ruling re: odma 2006..

Millwood township, Guernsey county Ohio.

Things have slowed here, but I don't think it is entirely due to commodity prices but rather timing of the Holidays and the weather, which has turned the area into a mud pit currently.

Activity here is still occurring and it appears that the projects already planned and permitted for 2015 by the larger drillers are still on schedule.

Hello Trapper.  We are in Monroe Cnty/Salem Twp with 68 acres leased through Eclipse.  they have not drilled on our property yet but understand we are in a unit and scheduled for 2017.  No royalties yet.  Hope this helps
