Welcome Jeff, my land is just below the J.Anderson well.  I am leased with Gulfport but my land is surrounded on 3 sides by REX and on the west side by Eclipse.  I agree that the next couple of years are going to be very interesting.

Welcome to the thread.  I think we are neighbors of sorts.  I am an absentee landowner with my parcel just east of you on Barker right at the Belmont county line.  My property is pretty much behind (north of) the Moore's house.  This Millwood Township thread is very active with a lot of great information being shared.  Has there been any progress/news on drilling Noah's place?  I talked to him a little over a year ago and he thought it would probably be drilled in 2015 maybe early 2016 if I remember correctly.

Yes I am in the NY group. A few months ago Eclipse made a deal with Rex to purchase the rights to the two Amish places that are on the West border of the NY unit, at that time suposedly they told the Amish that they wouldnt be back to drill us anytime soon. Thats all I know. I placed a call to the Rex land guy a couple of weeks ago and he never called me back, go figure. I am going to reach out to him again. Eclipse was hot and heavy laying the ground work for the Pletcher and Rotz wells then come Jan they pulled out and said see you in 2017.  The pipeline is still going in as they need it to catch the  Warren Hess well that is already drlled.

Hi Jeff,

I was in the NY landowner group too, but when the last meeting with Rex exposed our group leader and Rex as not being truthful I left and signed with Antero.I am the guy who exposed the non truth tellers at the first meeting with Rex, after my Amish friend figured out the lie.

I am curious as to why so many stayed with the group leader and signed with Rex after the crappy offer they made and the dishonesty they exhibited to the group.

I am just surprised that so many stuck with the group and Rex, and would be curious as to why.

No hard feelings either way, of course, except for Carrizo, who really lied to us, over and over for 8 months or so.

the NY hasn't been permitted yet correct?  where is the proposed location of this unit and direction of the legs?

I was not aware of this as I was not able to make any of the meetings. I have been told over the years that our lease lanquage is pretty strong compared to most. I  had a lot of  legal issues with one of my parcels that took over a year to resolve yet Rex still paid me and back dated to the orginal lease date so my dealings with them have not been bad to this point. From here who knows..... All I know is that I am gald I am not with Eclipse who has been VERY manipulitive with my friends down the road.

 

NY has not permitted, not sure about the direction but I think the end of teh legs will be under Barker road,

Jeff and I are neighbors down there on Barker Road.  Piece Of Sh--  hunt club.... POS   we never get big bucks, i mean Jeff never gets or sees big bucks...... i have a house full of them ;)
