Stat holding royalty checks

Anyone else not receiving a royalty check from Stat this month due to the fact that they have been over paid, or so Stat is claiming!  I called them and was told we will not receive another check as they have gone back as far as 2012 and we owe them money.  I am so sick of these gas companies and their claims!

Tracy, I am also with statiol but still waiting on div orders. The well has been drilled for over a year and I heard they are producing and still waiting on div orders as I know I am in the unit. I am curious on what my check will be when they ever get here. I am going to have my attorney look over my division orders before I cash my check. Do you own alot of acreas if you dont mind me asking? You said you got about 1000 a m onth. Just wondering because we were wondering what our checks were going to be.

143 acres. WE are in 2 different units MENG and THALL with 7 wells producing.. Been getting checks for a couple of years.  Price fluctuates greatly depending on gas price and well production...we did not get a check for about 4 months after well had been producing, but they did give a large check initially, for the months owed.   They are always 3 months behind on paying you.  You will get a check in March for example for production in January.  We also get checks form Chesapeake, Mitsui and Anadarko.  Just was not sure why this particular check came from Statoil form 3 years ago... I will check further into...  You don't necessarily have to sign you division orders in order to receive pay.  We did not sign ours right away and still got paid...  Good Luck.

That was my thoughts! She has 143 acreas and gets only 1000.00 bucks? Something's not right.

Total we get from all 4 gas companies is approx. 5-6,000.00 per month. The 1,000.00 is only from Statoil..That is with the price of gas at about $1.10... Was a lot more in the past...

Tracy, thanks for the info and all of your posts, but I am still confused on the price of $1.10. Was there some sort of top heavy fee, perhaps your gas company using someone else's line? The reason I ask, if gas was between $2.00-$3.00 for the last few months, $1.10 sounds really low. Again, thanks for all of your info!
