Very Good For Somerset

I am  looking for some land owners in the Lower Turkeyfoot Twp area that are close to the Texas Eastern Pipeline interested in pooling. Boarding Feyette Co.  I have 136 acres. My lease had just run out and looking for a more legitamate lease.  Very bad lease with a exfriend Landman that lives in Somerset. He hides behind the Bible.

There is a guy named Rob who has several landowners in the sommerset donegal area.  I can get him in touch with you...I know he is working with attorneys shopping several companies.

Wow!   What great news in lower Somerset Co today.  Is there anyone who will share any info on the terms of the leases?  I would love to hear more. We need more help with contacts in lower turkeyfoot. Anyone know anyone who is not sign in lower turkeyfoot twp? please let me know. Very good news.

I just got off the phone with Larry Curtis at Shell Marketers and he gave me the insite to the group formings in Somerset Co and all the insentives.  He sounds up and up and owner friendly.   As I understand somerset county is in the area of marcellus and utica shales. Is this information correct? does anyone know if any pooled activity is goining on in the region by horizontal drilling?  I have 24.5 mineral acres in shade township. Your advice and input will be much appreciated.  Shanthi Fernando

Yes we are in the Marcellus area ...just not any leasing activity recently.  I am not aware of anyone actively pooling land in the area. Just hang in there...Most believe interest in leasing will return.
