Hello everyone....My wife and I own 9 acres in Cambridge and we are looking to see what our options are to lease our land for possible exploration for oil and natural gas.  I'm thinking of contacting Mr. Jeffrey Riggans (Amarado Oil).  What can I expect?  What is the going rate for royalties and lease $ per acre?  Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
