Hello from mercer county Pa,
We have an old lease with National Fuel at $2.00 an acre. I was toldthat National Fuel will
never let the sister Company Seneca drill because this is a storage well area. We have 96 acres tied up with National Fuel so we are disappointed to miss out on all the potential. We do have
free gas to a house and are thank-ful for that. Are old leases re-negotiable or are they for eternity. What are land owners currently receiving for Stroage and pipelines .
Why would you not want to drill in a storage area. I was told nearby shallow wells do not take gas from my land then I am told a new well would interfere woth storage.
Confused
Anne/Sara
