I own mineral rights in Dunkard Township, Greene Co., PA (200+ acres).  I have read some advice that the liklihood of drilling actually taking place is highest if we sign with a company who has leases in adjoining properties.  How can I find out?  Can anyone explain the disparity between the lease terms offered in NE Pa and the ones offered in SW Pa?  It seems they are much higher in NE Pa.
