Hello, all. I found this article describing an approach to attract lease offers, and proactivity is highly recommended. How applicable does anyone think the article's advice is to Brooke County in particular? Any comments would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, and Happy Thanksgiving!

The articles steps will certainly help to know what "good" lease terms are for the area when the time to lease is "good" even if they don't speed the process. Knowledge is always helpfull.
The GMS discussions are pretty slim in WV to speculate what is coming out of the ground. Yesterday I drove by the completed well just before you get to West Liberty coming from Wheeling. I didn't get a great look but it appears two batteries of tanks have been installed. It seems WV is always labeled as dry-gas but most of the whole top 1/2 of the State's deep wells have lots of tanks?
