What would a lee twp. unleased landowner expect to sign a lease for when approached by a driller wanting to permit a new well.How much per acre,and what royalty %? Also; what are the production #s for wells in the Amsterdam area. Hopefully royalty checks per well,per acre,per month also.  I appreciate any info. I know how the landmen like to initially lowball 1st offers!
