FYI, I spoke with Atlas Energy this week & have been told that they are not picking up any more leases anymore, unless the property is 500 acres or more. :-/

My lease is expiring with Atlas and all they want to offer me is

$1000 an acre 14%.  Does anyone have another outfit I can contact

because I fee that is entirely too low!

I have acreage that I'd like to lease in the Western part of the County near

Washington Co.  How much do you think I can get an acre?
