Does anyone have knowledge about the PA websites that show permit numbers and activity? We are finding a discrepancy which I'm hoping to get assistance from the EPA. Here are the links that give the permit numbers.FYI

We used our 4 permit numbers but only 2 of the permits are showing any info,

This is the site for the activity with permit numbers.

Not much leasing activity in my part of Fayette County in the last 12 months. Approached by Chesapeake & Marathon in summer of '08. Offers were $2000/$2500 per acre.....royality 15/16%....signed with Marathon!

Has anybody leased their land at this time? If so what is the going rate per acreage for signing bonus and what is the royalty that you got. I have property in the Hayneville shale in NW louisiana also and leases last year when I leased were paying $5,000 and up with a 25% royalty.

I've been doing some research trying to find out if there is Helium that can be extracted from the Natural Gas from this region. With the radio active activity, it sounded to me like it may be possible. Is there a place I can look up the composition of the gas extracted from the Marcellus Shale in this region?
