Our lease in Millwood twp. with Carizzo will be up soon & they want us to release for $300 less per acre & make payments over 5 yrs. What happens if they pull out before 5 yrs since they are not one the big players? Thinking about contacting Eclipse to see if they are interested & with a more promising offer & lease. Has anyone else done this ?
