We own 15+ acres near Highfield acres off Rte 92. We are a non profit and in these tough times, it would sure help us.

You could always sign up the property at this web site first:
http://www.askchesapeake.com/Marcellus
and then just SHOW UP at the signing this Saturday, like other people have done. It seems to work.

The only problem is that you have to sign RIGHT THERE on Saturday, so you won't be able to really read the lease and compare it to the Wyoming Group lease. But if that doesn't concern you, go ahead and try!
I'm new to this website...and am enjoying the connection .....Is there a Chesapeake signing this weekend? I was told by one of the core members that there were 3,500 applications to be processed by Chesapeake.....My conversation with her was about 6 days ago.....My land is in Northmoreland Twp and she assured me that all of Wyo county was still in demand by Chesapeake...
The last information I had was that they were working to set up a signing for Saturday, Oct 10 at the Bingo Hall.
The previous signings were held at Black Walnut American Legion Bingo Hall, but that burned not long ago.
I don't know if the building is stable enough to be used or if they are talking about another bingo hall, but I haven't heard anything in a day or two.
I too have not leased...we have 22 acres. Chesapeake started their website purely to get all the names of people with unleased land....so they can pick you off one at a time for cheap....leasing will be in the 10K range within 18-24 months....please hold out...it benefits us all....I wish we could get a second group going for wyoming county..

any thoughts?
