What areas did they sign in? Was this a group thing or did they go around to individual land owners, and the big question, are they still signing?

I think they only signed people up in different areas, my uncle was in that group that Halcon backed out of, he has property close to Flyns out of Mercer near rte 62 and Hilcorp contacted him about adding his land to the well unit they are drilling over there, he had to pay CX their percentage and now he signed with Hilcorp and will be getting included in a well unit and didnt get any help from CX, they just cost him about $500 an acre.less money then he would have got dealing with Hilcorp on his own from the start. He could have got $3500 dealing direct with Hilcorp and he ended up signing for $3250 now and CX took their cut so he lost about $500 an acre give or take by going through CX energy.

More lawyers please!

I'm sure they are waiting in the wings! This whole thing looks like it could be a hot bed for attorneys! CX should be ashamed if they took this guys 6%! But then again there is no shame in the oil and gas business, just greed.
