Happy 4th of July ! Please take today to be positive and rejoice in the freedoms that we enjoy as property owners in the USA. Respect the value of the  natural resources that we are blessed to have below our feet. Continue to stay the course  as we advocate for our landowners as we believe that landowners in our area should not be willing to lease their gas and oil rights for anything less than $5,500 per ac. and a 20% gross royalty. United, we will not be sold out by outsiders who have only their own best interest in mind .  Enjoy Today !

For those interested in working with BP try Gunter Land Services- They are representing BP. FYI I am awaiting response to their email so I can not comment on what it is like to have dealings with them.
