Range is letting a lease expire in Deems Creek in July, and Rice is planning to sign the farm to complete a unit.

Rice is most active (drilling) in eastern part of county. I know they were interested in leasing western areas but said they might flip with others to consolidate areas. Rice seems to like dry gas areas and Range wet gas and that Triple-play.

Well Dennis exactly what is better? Give us some numbers.Average per acre royalities per month?
Ok Dennis I'll eat my crow when it's my turn and it looks like its my turn so to speak. Thanks a lot for the numbers you are actually the very first person to give me any ideal what to expect.
And I thank you again.
One question I do have if you don't mind. What is the unit size for you're four wells?
Thanks again
I also have to admitt that I've only heard good things about Rice from the people leased to them althought some of them had no ideal what a unit was or how much they where getting paid per cubic foot or if all there property was even in the unit etc. I guess they where just happy to be cashing the checks.
