Hi! Does anyone know what's happening with new well permits in Washington County, PA? We have a lease with EQT and keep hearing the DEP is still reviewing the well permit or sending it back for more and more change requirements. This has been going on for over a year. Is the PA DEP holding up all well permits for some reason? Are they continually changing requirements, so that basically no wells are being approved at this point?

Not a lot of activity on this board so hoping I get some input. We all know that the price of Natural Gas is at an all time low right now. That's a given. However, I've been following the production and sale price reports on various sites (including a crowd sourced price reporting site) and there seems to be a huge discrepancy on what gas is perceivably being sold for, what other landowners are reporting they are getting (pre-deductions) and what I am seeing on my recent royalty statements. I am a landowner in a producing Washington County unit with Rice Energy. We are only 2.5 mos in on receiving royalty payments (though unit has been producing for 5 months) and the 1st two were pretty much on the dot for estimated selling price per going rates at Henry Hub and other Rice landowner crowd sourced averages. My last month's statement, however, was about 20% lower than both market prices reported AND other Rice landowner crowd sourced averages. That is a huge difference. That is, $1.98 vs $1.57.  I was wondering what other landowners were seeing on their statements for gas sold in February 2016; particularly with Rice. Something seems to be off. I did contact the Rice Landowner Info Hotline but haven't received a reply as of yet. Looking forward to replies to see if we are the only ones who have noticed this discrepancy. Thanks!

Has anyone heard anything about ACOMA. Someone told me they are backing out of deals and not funding. Can anyone confirm?

Hello, I live out of state, but I have a few acres just outside of Charleroi. So far no one has contacted me about leasing.  Should I be concerned, or is there someone I should be talking to?  Are any companies leasing in that area? Thanks!
