Are we in Junior High again troll and idiot are things we said in Junior High. We are bouncing ideas back and forth on here not discussing who slept with who at Sallies party! She is not an idiot or a troll! I dont personally know her but she is like everyone else on here who deserves a certain amount of respect jus like Joe the landman.

Really Carl?  What makes you think BEST is breaking up ???  I can assure you that you are 100% wrong, in fact, BEST has grown over the last 3 months.  Your statement makes me question everything else you have said.

No I get your point Calla. My point was only that the 8 million isnt lost unless its a dry hole. If the can still produce out of it then the 8 million truly isnt a loss. Either way "filling" in and 8 million dollar hole is good business if it scares people into signing for less. Yes JODI BEST is/was big I think they are breaking up or have broke up.

Oh and by the way if it does have oil down there Devon hasnt lost anything other than the fact that they carry the cost till the well produces! They could recoup the carrying cost easily in the $325 million in savings! If I was Devon I would plug the hole to! It easy math!

Very valid points with merit thank you. When does the core for the eichelberger well become available? Will that tell the smart people what is there? They have alot of expiring lease's around me that expire this year. If they leave they leave but if someone comes in they will not be getting the WRP discount! LOL

The 95% oil 5% comment came from a very very reliable source as well as the pipeline people. The pipeline people told us if we didnt sign for $2 bucks Devon would just burn off the gas since there wasnt much. The people visiting the well were told the core samples contained oil. As for me hearing it first hand no. But again it was conveyed from people in the know! Marcus join us in the conspiracy for one second! Let me just say I personally am not spending any money in the hopes Devon does put me in a unit! So if they leave nothing gained nothing lost. With that being said if you found a goose that laid a golden egg and every farm around it had a goose that could possibly lay a golden egg but in less than a year you didnt control those other geese how would you prevent other people from coming in and finding out if those geese can lay golden eggs as well? Good or bad propaganda can change anything!
