Does anyone have an email address for U.S Energy and a website?

I had an inquiry to buy the shallow rights early summer,I believe he said up to 50.00 an acre only looking for oil.

I never followed thru as I was unsure how that may affect a future deep well, the way my property lies it would be an excellent pad site.

Anyone care to venture  as how having shallow wells on a property would affect deep well drillers.

Is this US Energy Exploration a company out of rural valley,PA?

I understand that, but was wondering if they would pay more then the 12 1/2% minimum. If you could get 16%-17% that would amount to a lot more with that much oil production.

You would think they would pay more then $50 an acre to get results like this? I wonder if they would pay a bigger percentage on royalties?

If they can pull 80 barrels of oil a day x 30 days equals 2400 barrels a month x $100 a barrel equals $240,000 a month in oil. He said these wells cost $1 million to drill, they are making money in less then a year. Landowners would do well to if the units weren't to big?
