Thanks for posting that, Ryan,

I'm still hoping somebody close to the well could post on which it is, but while we wait, do you know of any web sites that detail the technology and processes behind the alternatives you mention?

Could be a number of things as to why it has not begun to flare. Still be testing the overall pressure on well. Or waiting for the right equipment to handle the flow-back procedures. Have decided to shut it in after the fracturing process commenced to make any necessary arrangements before they open the well to flow-back separation vessels/pipe rack, installation of valves, pressurized gauges or electronic measurement devices. Could be that they figured need an additional flare stack or bigger one to handle the location. Hopefully that's the case and the wells that are to come in Crawford Co. are going to be very prominent with production values and overall numbers with byproducts produced as well.

I hear we have dead deer in Crawford Co, as well.  Sure hope all this morbidity turns around soon.  In that vein, how about some gossip on the source and story behind that emlohess lease?  It'll make some good speculation, anyway.  I was thinking of posting over on the fair lease thread as the first example since King Ranch.  Just waiting for someone closer to a first party, and, of course, for the thanksgiving bloat to recede:-)

An update on the Pettis Rd. well would be welcome, too.  Shouldn't it have flared by now?  If not, why not?  If so, how big?

Nothing is happening. Everyone including O&G companies are in a holding pattern until these few wells are drilled, rested and flared. Lets all hope these few wells turn out as producers or we may be eating the dead cats. This is by far worst than watching wet paint dry. At least we know the paint will eventually dry.........the wells producing..... anybody care to guess?

This site is deader than a dead cat!

The DEP has reported that SWEPI LP has taken out an unconventional drilling permit for the BYLER well (s)? in East Fairfield township. Not being familiar with this name I googled it and I guess it's Shell,if so, I for one think this is of course another major player for Crawford Co.Wondering if this a HBP site or a new lease?

Turns out the person that posted this lease has now pulled it from the site and said it was some type of scam. Sure was a good looking lease. I think I will keep it as a future reference.

The entire county of Monroe, Oh. This was announced today. I've attached the lease. Wish I could sign this baby.
