Shell leases in Cranberry Township are due to be paid in April.  With the Cracker Plant announcement I think we are in good shape.  We are waiting to clear title.

Glad to hear the fast approaching date.  I hope it turns out well for you. Though it maybe years away, i am glad to see that Shell is willing to make that long term commitment to this side of the state.

Do you know approximately how many acres Shell has leases signed for in Cranberry township?

Any word of Chevron leasing much further north than the recent signing around Nickleville?

I am happy to hear of any further development and success in the industry.

I am not sure how many acres they signed.  Our group is contingous to the high pressure Tenn. Valley Gas line.  What were the terms of the lease signed in Nickleville?  Hopefully, a Utica test well will be drilled this summer somewhere in the area. I have heard talk that the original "oil boom" in our area was caused by oil comining out of the utica formation into shallow depths in certain areas here. In most areas it is still trapped in the utica shale. Billions of barrels, that would be great.  This area is where it all started, it would be great to see the development come back. Anyone have any thoughts on this?

Where does the Tenn Valley Gas line run through Cranberry?  Does this have anything to do with the area leased by Shell?

Jason: Tenn. gas pipeline is not Tenn. Valley Gas. Tenn. Valley is hydro electric. Tenn. Gas Pipeline, Is owned by Kindler Morgan. The sta. in Cranberry is transmission only and will never pump production gas.

Isn't that new compressor station on the Tennessee gas line in cranberry Township?

The Tenn gas compressor in Cranberry township is a pressure boost sta. to elimate a pressure drop between Mercer sta. and the Pigion sta. Will not be used to pump production.

I wonder why they just installed that station now if that line has been in service for years?

To move more gas on the system . Tenn. as other co. are making there pipelines bi-dictional

The midstream company, Laural Mountain Midstream (LMM), for Williams was at our house again last night.  I guess they decided to get things moving on the pipeline project thru this area again.

The guy said he could not tell us where the line started and where it ended. He was working with about 9 landowners on his section of the line.  Does anyone else have any dealings with them to help layout where the line is routed to?

We are in the Nickleville area, and it is headed in a northern direction from here. My guess is this line will feed from the well pad(s) they plan to drill in this area.

Attached is a map of the proposed line thru our specific property. Not sure exactly how far it is extending in either direction from our property.

Anyone know what Range Resources has plans for development in Oakland Township?  The Carter Well and the proposed Say Well Pad are in that area.
