are mineral leases still being bought in tuscaraws county?and what is the offers and % .this is so confusing ,so much to know about.should i call people myself or wait till they approch me?please help with some good advise

How many acres we talking about, and in what Township?
In the end, if your land is desired, they will find you.

# 1) Owner Friendly Lease Language
# 2) 16% - 21% Gross (not NET) Royalties
# 3) $3,000 - $5,800 / acre Signing Bonus
You can join a Landowner Group or hire a lawyer to draft you a lease with landowner friendly language. Do not wait until they (the landmen) contact you. You need get prepared now. And do not sign their "two page" lease - see item #1!
P.S.
And, you want to lease your mineral rights, you do not want sell your mineral rights.
