There are several farms around us that would like to look into such a thing. We are HBP, but have small acerage drilling units on our old, outdated leases. Just as the leases are non functional for Evervest, and they will need some wiggle room to drill horizontal wells, we would like a bit of wiggle room toward a reasonable signing bonus and better royalty percentage.
