Taken from Eclipse Update posted today, "For the first quarter 2016, the Company anticipates capital expenditures of approximately $33 million, which will include the drilling and completion of 1 net, extended reach well along with associated land and non-operated activity that was commenced in the fourth quarter of 2015."

Using the 20,000 ft lateral mentioned above, that distance works from the current Hayes site to the bottom hole of the Scott site as shown on the ODNR map.

Or it could start to the N /NE then turn to the NW and follow alongside the Fritz unit ( taking in the rest of my land), up through what was called the Fineran#2, and all the way to rt 70( maybe they are getting tired of waiting fo rthe forced pooling issue with the state to go under rt 70).  It would be almost exactly 20,000 ft and they could still come back and drill more wells off the Fineran pad after they get the pooling issue resolved.  This was suggested to me by another member of the Fritz unit.  Keeps everything running NW like all the other wells.

ODNR shows the Purple Hayes well on the Well Viewer site with one lateral.  Sits east of Hayes Pad, runs NW all the way to 70 where eastern bottom hole of Scott well was located.  Still no paperwork is attached as of now.

Purple Hayes plat map up on ODNR.

I am most anxious for the unit map.

What's the difference between the plat and unit maps?

Hi John,

I may have the terminology wrong, I am interested in seeing the properties and the royalty owner list for the new unit because I am curious how Eclipse will work it out with the other permitted units. I also have many friends that will likely be affected who would be very glad for the information. I learned that the state map is not very good at giving you a good idea of what the unit looks like. I am directly across the road from the McClain but only have 12.5 acres of our 30 total acres in the unit. Looking at the state map I thought we were all in on the unit.

The complete list of royalty owners are listed in the permit which has not been posted yet, that's how it was with the Yost well.  Looks like we only have about 1/3 of our acreage in the Purple Hayes.  Hopefully they will put in another leg to capture the rest.  Looking at the Purple and Yost plats, seems like they took about 3/4 of what was the Yost B acreage.  The listing on the plat doesn't show our names, maybe since we are leased with Antero.  It should all works itself out if the plan to drill and complete by end of 1st Qtr.

Can you post can't find it purple hays well

Here is the Plat map for Purple Hayes, which has a list of landowners: http://apps.ohiodnr.gov/mineral/oil/MRMImages/17/12/375372.pdf

Anne, are they withholding from you? If so, when did they start?

They are not withholding from us.

This might be related to the shenanigans Eclipse is trying to implement and could ultimately establish a precedent on how these types of issues will be handled by the courts.
