Some good news, finally

Cutting production is one part of lowering the over supply of oil to the market. OPEC might be crying "uncle", we'll see how well their members do adhering to the targeted production numbers.

I still feel like 2017 will be a better year for the domestic oil market.

Don't know how true but read that Saudi's Have increased production last few months just to make up for offer to reduce prod. by 500k B/D...little misleading games being playing if true
