FYI Nisource Energy Ventures LLC just acquired about 500 Columbia Gas leases in Hocking Co. May 16,2012 . I checked at the hocking co. recorders May 22,2012 . Mine was one of them. I saw they did the same to about 14000 acres in northern Ohio. If you have one of there leases (Columbia Gas) and are approached to change the 40 acre unitization clause, BEWARE this may be your only chance to renegotiate your lease for more favorable terms.
