- We have 32.6 acres of land. We signed a lease with Wishgard llc. in Sept. of last year. We had to wait 90 buisness days for our bonus check. In Jan. of this year, we received a letter asking for a 30 day extension due to the holidays. Here in Ohio, the holidays come around every year at the same time. They, Wishgard should have taken that into account. We went ahead and gave them the extension after speaking with reps. from Wishgard saying everything was fine and they just needed a couple more days to close the deal. That was a total lie! Feb. 29 was the deadline they had on the ext. March 2, I received a phone call they were not able to close a deal on our land and they would release our lease at the courthouse. We have spent over six months waiting and being told everything was fine. Well, let me tell you it wasn't. Now my family is left without a lease, even though Wishgard has it recorded at the courthouse. There is no money coming. Everything we were led to believe was a lie with Wishgard. Can anybody please tell me if they have had the same problems with Wishgard and were do we go from here.
