Hello Ryan,
I'm a fellow landowner and would like to start a group. Any interest?

Please contact our Sales and Marketing Manager at 703.727.3674. We are not leasing agents or land men. We are marketing and you may be interested in what we can offer. We are currently assembling our groups of landowners in Belmont/Monroe Counties. Our first group is an estimated two thousand acres and growing. Our knowledge of the situation will hopefully provide the best program for landowners to get compensated fairly and I am a landowner, which makes this even more interesting to me. I suggest you contact your adjacent landowners immediately and then we can work with you. Depending on the location of your property, it may or may not be marketable presently, but I suggest not signing any of these rediculous leases for which many people are getting taken in by the front companies and land men. The large companies are also getting these leases too cheap then reselling. One landowner I am familiear with in WV, and now getting a well drilled, had his lease sold three times between the time he leased and the time the well site prep work began. It is a shame people cannot or do not look forward or become knowledgeable of the situaiton before they act. I am guessing that ten years from now, many who leased for a few thousand dollars per acre, as well as those who did not have someone knowledgeable of the facts look at their contract, will be very, very sorry. The future for this and others areas is going to change significiantly in the upcoming years and many people will likely become very wealthy, as well as having an economic boost for several states. In PA alone, Landowers received 250 billion in leasing and gas production compensation during the past year. This is just the beginning. Give us a call if you need help.

Just wanted to touch base with you. Hope things are well and that this is a site where you can dive in and begin contributing. Please be sure to check out our county groups and see if there is a county you can participate in. Have fun "shaling."
