we live between 1 or 2 miles from cummings. we can hear them working and see trucks going back and forth, too. ceo of east resources has bought 600 acres near us (with the royalties). beautiful log home is on this acreage.

In lue of future royalties, $25 a head at the gate - no land men admitted. Dad is doing well enough with his new wooden hip. His femar bone was curved a bit, so the surgeon had to put in a curved rod to match the bone. This apparently is not too unusual, but it slows down the recovery. He will be on the walker for six to eight weeks. Mom should be pretty crazy by then. Stop by to say "hello" if you dare. He told me this morning that a big drilling rig was now working on the Cummins place in Chatham Township. That makes sense, being that close to the pipeline. How about your dad's place? Any holes in the ground yet? Are you having fun at your job?
