I got asked for permission for Shippen township,  Mt Tom This week .  Long consulting group LLC For SWEPI LP.

I also got a Lease offer for 2000 5 years 15%.  It gives them too many surface rights, for example disposal wells.

You can ask for addendums. I don't know if they will accept any addendum written by anyone else, but they have a few THEY have written. I know that one disallows disposal wells, they have one saying that they will pay C&G rollbacks, etc. They also have an addendum that says you won't get any deductions from your royalty payments, but I understand that the way it's written it has 'loopholes' in it.

 Apparently there was a couple of wells drilled by east( which is now a hockey team )that were not drilled to the proper depth and the results were not good so its more shoddy work done by east that shell has to correct.By doing a 3-D seismic shell will know how deep to drill each well and they expect very good results.

There is another pipeline from Stony Fork, swinging around by Johnson airport, then back toward Wellsboro. It's gotten as far as Heise Run Road, heading toward Rt.6. I assume the pipelines are heading toward the Tenneco Pipeline...which runs all the way across Tioga Co.

They are quickly adding pipeline to my cousins property. Last name Clark, second to last house on Heise Run Rd..on the RT 6 end. Huge business going on up there.

That pipeline goes under RT 15 by the old Ralph Ford and up over into Mainesburg and it goes on and on and onnnnnnnnnnnnn..

Hi Bill, I posted several notes about the pipeline, at least questions I knew I could answer..

 

Recent Seismic testing is all over Trout Run (Bradford Co) and all over Blossburg Mtn. and Arnot., Our Seismic Company CG Vertias is doing Bradford County. I'm not sure who is doing the other twoareas , the trucks do not have logo's..Nauvoo will be done in about two months by CG Vertias (who told me they were way behind, 2mo. to be exact ) but I see that they are cruising right up from Lycoming. Weather really added a big delay. I know they are working 7 days a wk. too.

 

My husband has been building well pads in Lockhaven, Steam VAlley, Burlington(Bradford) and Lycoming Co..He has been told "look out" he is going to get real busy. I don't know how much busier he can get because their are no more days in the week. :0)

Yes, in morris township by stony fork rd and rt 414 last year.  Our small property is unleased, and for the peanuts per acre, we were not very excited about having them on the property.

Just received a request from long consultants of new york for my property in middlebury center which is under lease already and to me it appears they want all the data they can get for some kid of massive takeover of existing leases as why would they want data that has already been generated by the competition?

Long is the leasing agent for East/Shell. Even if you are leased, they want to have a separate seismic agreement signed.
