George Bush and the Chevy Volt. It was Bush!

The Chevrolet Volt concept car was unveiled at the January 2007 North American International Auto Show, becoming the first-ever series plug-in hybrid concept car shown by a major manufacturer.

The production design model officially unveiled on September 16, 2008, as part of General Motors centennial celebration at the Wintergarden headquarters in Detroit.[25] The production model differed greatly in design from the original concept car.

GM and the Chevy Volt turned up three “7s” on the Congressional slot machine. First, automakers got the $25 billion in low interest government loans. Second, the Wall Street bailout will likely help the beleaguered auto industry. Third, plug-in tax credits have now been signed into law.

The now passed by the House and signed by Bush $700 Billion Wall Street bailout bill had a few congressional “sweeteners” in it to help get it passed after failing for the first time in the House earlier in the week.

Don't blame O'Bama. You teabaggers should get this straight. It was Bush!

I just got back from Albright, WV.  The small powerplant there along the Cheat river is closing.  Very sad.  

Alot of folks seem to think electric cars run on sunshine, magic and warm fuzzies.

News Flash GM blames the failure of the VOLT upon bad body design and the name Volt was not appeasing to the customer they were targeting. They have decided to redesign the car after buying former Mercury stamping  dies from the Comet design and will name it the VOMIT.

Let us NOT forget that Clinton signed the Cap & Trade Agreement and that's when we heard the sucking sound of jobs leaving this country.  Ethen, if you believe you are that smart, why didn't you include that FACT in this post?

And, let us NOT forget Bush had Dem's in control of House & Senate the last two years.

Now Obama takes credit for Bin Laden (but few know he actually died in 2002 - everyone outside the U.S. knows this but the brain-dead here in America.)  The propaganda here is so thick and deafening, it's a wonder we can even hear.  He had Renal Disease folks - he required dialysis folks - can you see him living for YEARS with this disease, running with a dialysis machine from cave to cave?  OUR own doctors TREATED him before he died of this disease.

His family said so, his foes said so, those who dealt with him said so... You Tube was FULL of videos of people talking about it until it was 'scrubbed' of the truth - much like Obama's past, much like the re-written history books and NIV Bible.  Bin Laden was dug up from the grave AGAIN for political reasons.  Every time they wanted to instill MORE fear in the American people, a Bin Laden 'tape recording' would be released, and confirmed as authentic, by OUR govt., as usual.  This last grave robbing was done to try to salvage Obama's presidency - it was a boost for awhile. 

Does anyone know why a whole group of Navy Seals 6 was on the SAME airplane, which happened to get shot down?  Oh dear, the news missed reporting that one too.  Names of the SEALS who 'killed' Bin Laden were kept 'secret' to protect their families *cough...

Bin Laden 'buried at sea' as per an unknown 'Muslim' tradition *cough...

Americans are just plain stupid to believe anything which comes out of the mouth of our govt. statists!

EVERYONE holding office, who did NOT expose Obama as the fraud he is, are now COMPLACENT in his crimes - so why would they speak up?

This whole GM deal was a ruse to steal retirement money and the ONLY ONE now buying the VOMIT is the govt.  - some proof here!

The next phase is YOUR 401k's and IRA's - are you prepared for that?  They OWN those accounts (do your research), the idea was hatched as a 'tax savings' retirement scam, just to get people to contribute (much like Social Security).  They set the rules, they change the rules (slowly, of course so not to be obvious), and SOON it will all be theirs!

Linda, Wow.  You better watch, your jepordizing your high inteligence security clearance.  Pensions have been stolen from American workers since the time Obummer was just a little one growing up in (your world Kenya).  It's sad we don't have anyone running for President today without a history of stealing pension funds.  This has been part of the American way for a while and is only brought out in the light when someone wants to hang it on someone specific when it should have been stamped out decades ago.  The dismantling of a groups pension fund for a few to prosper is unfortunate but acceptable under current code.

If we all looked at special interest news sites for "proof",  Frac'ing would have been baned long ago.

BTW, I am a landowner in Mercer County that signed a lease and am waiting for my check of over half a million dollars due by November from Halcon. I only started this thread because a lot of people were crediting the wrong person for the Volt. All that aside I love how this newfound wealth has brought together americans from all walks of life. Farmers, golf course owners, hunters, timber owners, elbow roomers, businessmen, ranchers and many more. We may have our differences of opinion on many fronts but in common and together we are holding a big chunk of our country's future.

I understand Elnathan and many people choose to remain ignorant to what is really happening in this country.  But remember, there is no diff between Reps or Dems.  Heck there was a video of Bill Clinton, working behind the scenes with Barbara Bush for a commercial for George Bush - they are all in this together and an R or a D or an I make no dang-gum difference in what is going to happen.  They brought in Obama to rally the black and Hispanic vote and to cause racial tension hopefully to keep him in office as well and advance the agenda quicker BECAUSE people are learning what is actually happening with their govt. via outside news sources because the OLD media is bought and paid for with our tax dollars to SPIN SPIN SPIN  whatever hits the news, and to BURY BURY BURY when a tragedy happens somewhere...

well, Dan, YOU know that and I know that but how many more are aware?  There are so many brain-off people ya nvr know when one might enlighten one or two more people.

Sadly, we DO have someone running for president without a history of stealing - period, not just pension funds.  Never lied, always put the American people first, faithful to his wife and his family and his country - apparently you've not heard of Ron Paul.  Oh, millions continue to ignore him BUT his message is going viral!

EVERYTHING i wrote here is true, and remember, anyone building a case against something or someone ALWAYS considers it a conspiracy... Much like defense lawyers do - much like prosecutors do - gather evidence, read, and then decide...
