best guess once they go online is 3-4 months. Maybe 6

thanks Jim good to know, heard 3 months but others said more

Can one explain a GOOD REASON FOR ANY DELAY? CHK knows exactly what is coming out of a well and at the most a royalty check should be delivered to a landowner royalty holder withing the first week after a previous month of production.

Chk was six months behind on the Coryl Well  in Sullivan County, PA which went into production in June, 2013.  They did not even send the paperwork to Stat, Mitsuii and Andarko yet until we made numerous calls to them.   don't know whether it is just lack of manpower or they just don't give a care about the landowner.

Have you received unit declaration paperwork?

no; heard nothing received nothing;when i visited the main office they confirmed that our well was active as of 4/29/ 2013 but offered no other information

Seneca pays approx.2- 3 months after startting to produce gas. My neighbor got his Jan. check the end of March. It first started producing Jan 7th.  You have to either check with your lease holder or the courthouse to make sure you are in the producing unit. They do not always noyify you.

Our well went online Jan 15, 2013, I know they are pulling oil off because I see the trucks leaving the pad every couple of days, haven't received any royalties yet

no timeline in lease that i can find i guess we are the mercy of the bean counters at chk will just have to wait them out.

If you have received this (different well) does that mean you are definitely in?

robert,

Seems we're on oppsite ends of state, I'm in Washington county. We do seem to have similar timelines though.

tim will keep you informed as i find out more
