reserve mineral rights

I am selling property in Guernsey county. What is the best way to reserve the oil & gas rights. I have heard

Ohio has a dormant mineral law where the land owner can get the rights back after a certain amount of time.  Thank you for your help, Jay

Talk to your attorney.  If you don't have one, I would recommend David Bennet in Cambridge.740-439-2719
