What company are you associated with?
Sonny is with Great River, read the royalty section of his lease. They have cleverly disguised the market enhancement clause. Confusing language, but it's there.

I would like to see a copy.
Martin, in yesterday's edition of the Farm and Dairy paper they had an article about how people were fooled with the market enhancement clause in their lease and the landowners in western P.a. had deductions in their monthly royalty checks. They gave an example of the confusing language. It's right there in the standard Great River lease, word for word.

Has anyone been contacted by Aubrey McClendon's new group? Got a call last week asking if I have leased yet (southern Jefferson County). When I said no they took my email and said would send a lease. Nothing yet.
How can you tell? I understand he has THREE "new groups" and I don't know all the groups' (and sub-groups') names, does anybody? Has anyone been contacted by a Broker named Yale Cason yet? We were impressed by what we've heard so far. Probably NOT related to Aubrey McClendon's groups but he does know the man.
