Kieth - good video. At least one Representative understands the issue. Let's hope they get this passed soon.

I enjoyed listening to a politician who gets it.

Hopefully this common sense legislation passes.

a politician who gets what? he doesn't even "get" math.

late in the interview he says that a 12.5% royalty leaves 77.5% for the gascos.

also notice that he says that many other legislators have constitutional doubts about this bill.

so who really "gets" it? him? or the ones who know that it isn't constitutional?

because he is pandering to curry favor in the upcoming election. he knows that he is vulnerable, and this is how he is trying to cover his butt..

12.5% minimum royalty yes, but the pa supreme court ruled in kilmer v elexco/swn that the state minimum can be deducted from to arrive at a payment less than 12.5%

Edit it down to maybe 5 minutes max.  Then it would be a good video.  I agreed with his points.
