Only dry gas reported in all three townships.  Halls Wolfpen well with 90 days production in first quarter averaged $25,432 a day.  HG 701 site with 6 wells reporting for 90 days averaged $16010 a day per well.

thanks for the info,, is that a good average   ,,,those wells could be choked back,,,could there be wet gas also?

There is wet gas in the Utica in the very northwest corner of Monroe County in Seneca TWP.

Other wet gas in Monroe is in the Marcellus in the riverfront townships and looks as if they will need to drill more in the center area of the county to see if it is wet Marcellus and dry Utica.   Gulfport's newly permitted wells in Sunsbury will be interesting to watch.

how does the doller number equate to mmcf on these wells

tippens unit not far off the river has no wet gas  yet

Puzzled, isn't that because there is no well drilled into the Marcellus?   It's only drilled in the utica

i was told that they drilled both one each

We are in that pool but live out of state, so any info would be great!

The Tippens well was drilled into the Utica and the Marcellus.  The Utica 6HS had an initial production of 23 mcf per day of dry gas.  The Marcellus 6HM had an initial production of close to 1 mcf per day with I believe it had 162 barrels of condensate a day with a 1,336 Btu

So the Marcellus is wet in Green Twp, but production may not be as high as townships closer to the Ohio river

Just as a correction I think Neil meant 23 MMCF/d and 1 MMCF/d.

Sorry I did mean MMCF/d

Any updates in Switzer, Clover Ridge area of drilling?
