Contracts/Leases/ Right-0f-Way Agreements in Tioga, McKean, & Potter Counties

What companies are looking for new leases or renewing lease agreements, new or expanding pipelines, and finally expanding buffer zones around existing storage units in the counties listed above?  These requests upon the public seem to be hitting this region @ increasing rate throughout 2014.  Is it gas rush time all over again?

In my area of Northern Tioga County it is Shell
