looking for diff attorny

this message is not for me but my brother who lives in diff county. they also approached him for row and lawyer is not getting nowhere. gas company emaled him and said they are going around him.. hes upset because this lawyer is someone he never went to before. has had paperwork about 2 months. he signed a fee agreement with attorny and now he wants to look elsewhere because he doesnt think they are really working on it. they never update him and hes not aware of what the lawyer is actually proposing. landman says his attorney doesnt uderstand whats going on. how does one fire their attorney?

I would warn anyone Belmont County and the surrounding area is run by frauds, shucksters , and straight up criminals. One prosecutor I won't mention names told a cop to destroy evidence. That prosecutor is now a judge. There ain't nothing good coming out of Belmont County. The turds running it and ruling it make Tony Soprano look like an altar boy. The judge makes up the laws as he goes. It's amazing. Only time there is justice around here is if it becomes nation wide news.  All these lawyers around here over night became Oil And Gas specialists. What a joke. This town needs an enema. Wish i could get out but for now i'm stuck here.

I KNOW WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT THE JUDGES ARE MORONS ON GAS AND OIL AND USUALLY STICK WITH THE OIL COMPANIES. MAYBE PAYMENTS UNDER THE TABLE. ONE DAY I WILL FIND OUT.

THE STATE OF OIL NEEDS TO GET ODNR ON THE ROLL AND MAKE LAWS TO PROTECT THE LAND OWNER NOT THE OIL THIEVES.

Unfortunately it doesn't get better at the federal level, U.S. District Judge for the Northern District of Ohio has written opinions that leave little doubt where his allegiance is. This particular court is a roadblock to justice for everyone that has worked hard for their property...

there are no good oil and gas attorneys in the ohio valley they are all snakes...in most cases you don't need one
