Royalty Utica Hubbard H3 well in in Brook County

Just wanted to let everyone know that that Utica Hubbard H3 well in in Brook county is paying $ 65.00 dollar royalty on 11 acres of land  and that is at the well head with no deductions and 18 %. I think we are we are being shafted.  Southwest will not return my calls to answer question on my statements and they appear to be no better than CHP was. Is there anyone how can help get some answers as to what is going on with this well? Any help would be appreciated.   Buy the way.   Yesterday I was offered 60 k for my royalties and the guy knows what it is producing !  What's up with that!!!

google the well name, look at investor presentations if it's a public company, google is your friend most of the time.

Are you saying $65 per acre or $65 for all 11 acres?

Wow these numbers are ridiculously low. Why would they even drill the well? The drilling company will never recoup their investment. IMO

The wells are more than likely not running 30 days a month, or completely choked back to nothing.

Hers my guess. That is only one Utica  well that goes NW at about 11300 ft deep  The other one on the pad is  a Marcellus about 5500 deep that goes SE. We only get royalties from the Utica until the Marcellus is drilled north . Now if they put 6 wells at the Marcellus level and 6 at the Utica level  I believe we will be pulled under all 12 . That is a big if put that maybe what is in the back ground waiting to happen. We can only hope.

Sorry no .   I think more people should stop hiding what they are making or not making as far as income from the wells . If more people would do this we would have a better understating of what is going on and help each other by working together but the last thing I am going to do is show my statement to the internet. I told you what  I received, what are the rest of the wells doing in this area? What are your royalty payments? I know their are a lot more people reading this that have that info, how about letting everyone know!

Unless you are connected / an insider / are one of the 'priveleged few' calling the oil and gas development shots - you only know what they want to make 'public'.

Personally, these days I believe very little of what has been presented to us on all of this.

I find it impossible to believe differently; especially regarding so-called 'dud wells' which cost mult-millions of dollars to develop and operate.

Oil and Gas rule. As I understand things, they can and do produce and report only what they want to produce and report.

On this side of the process it's easier for me to believe that it's all mis-information publicized first / only in their best interest (which can and does change over time and changing markets).
