Permalink Reply by Trapper on December 30, 2015 at 3:47pm With ALOV lease nearing their renewal date (and possible expiration) I was wondering how landowners who leased with other companies would view renewing with the company they had chosen to deal with on the first go around.
A question for those landowners who hold a lease with Rex Energy.....
If Rex Energy were able to raise enough capital to pay landowners to renew their leases would you want them to renew your lease?................and why or why not?
If you had a lease with Rex Energy that expired recently would you agree to a renewal if they came to you and said they now have the money to pay for the extension?

But that's not going to happen. They will let the current lease expire and then low ball.

| AboutWhat makes this site so great? Well, I think it's the fact that, quite frankly, we all have a lot at stake in this thing they call shale. But beyond that, this site is made up of individuals who have worked hard for that little yard we call home. Or, that farm on which blood, sweat and tears have fallen. [ Read More ] | Links |
