Columbia Pipeline Group Leach Xpress - Round Two of ROW offers

Columbia has started with the second round of offers for ROW. I have not seen mine yet, but I understand that some have been delivered starting yesterday or today. I am expecting another low ball offer, but have not heard any numbers yet. Has anyone else seen/heard of the latest numbers?

Columbia announced they would be sending out letters/packets to the affected land owners in the next couple of weeks on Jan 27, and I heard yesterday that there was a Columbia agent in the neighborhood (Noble County, OH) that had seen one land owner and was trying to contact another.

I have not heard any number.

Well over where I am in Wv they are still offering the same amount.

Five response over two days and still doesn't come up ? The last offer I received works out to forty dollars a foot for one thirty six inch line.

Of course they have tried to throw everything including the kitchen sink into the agreement of course to benefit them.

I told the land man that I simply wouldn't agree to anything that a court wouldn't give them.

New rumored numbers 17000.00 per acre for pipeline easement. 8500.00 for temporary work space.
How's that compare with what everyone else is being offered ?
