Southern Butler county leasing

Can anyone advise the names of companies that are interested in leasing in southern Butler county?   What is the going rate per acre and royalty % for non surface lease?

What townships?  Penn Energy is pretty active in southern Butler County but I am not sure they are looking at new leases.

Pretty much all of southern Butler County. I live in Jefferson Twp and I know they are really active all around me. I also know they are active in southwestern Butler.

Rex Energy leases a lot in southern Butler Co...but I doubt they're interested in more....looks like they're going to file for bankruptcy!! YIKES
