Royalty checks

Haven’t received last royalty check from Penn ( formally Rex) . Glad I don’t rely on it!  My property is in Butler county. First time it has been late.

Which well are you connected with? I'm with the Grey and Fleeger wells. I got my ck the first of the month. Keep us updated.

In Butler county. Baird well in concord township.

Thank you. I've been sitting on the edge of my chair biting my nails, probably will till the next check comes. Heck probably will for every check as I've been through all the letters of the Rex bankruptcy. I've already been cheated out of thousands and thousands of dollars starting with Rex. My deed, my contract, my signing bonus money all on X acres but when I looked at the acreage pd on my statements I am 10% short. They told me I'd have to spend the money to prove the acreage on my deed is correct. Well Rex is gone and Penn says flat out no matter what I do the acreage will never change. I ask my lawyer about it as he gets 1% every month but it must not be worth his time to help. I thought the whole idea of giving the lawyer a % of the royalties every month instead of a flat rate for negotiating the original contract was supposed to keep him looking out for our financial interest. 

Heck the way things are now just be happy to get a check. PLUSHBBBUBBBBUBBB
