How are the surging natural gas prices affecting drilling this year, and what about going into 2022?  Are the gas companies taking advantage of these higher prices?  What`s next?

They want 'green' hydro ... That means windmills , solar produced electric . "Brown ' hydro  is not trendy although cheaper and more reliable ....

I too am a mineral rights owner north of you in NY ... 4 locations all with zippo hope of earning $$$$ . Lot of poverty in Rural NY , drugs too .. Darn shame what could have been a great economic windfall for many ...

My first trip to Wellsville / Scio NY , I saw first hand the number of homes that been stripped of aluminum siding for a few $$$ of food or drug money ....

CNXs recent company notice seems to indicate problems with their hydrogen plans.  Are other gas companies having similar concerns?

How long does a new Pennsylvania natural gas drilling permit good for before drilling starts?  Once issued is the requirement to begin the well within a certain time frame or must it be completed within a time frame?  For example is the well required to also be fracked within that time frame?

Farmgas , your Diversified is now listed as DEC on the NYSE

I received a notice from them today.  This should be good for them, right?

You would think more exposure would be helpful ..

Do not know nuts and bolts on Hydrogen , but its something to dig deeper into as its uses grow .

DEC down 17% this morning ,, As I have mentioned earlier , their balance sheet is weak at best ...

Seems like Uncle Sam is asking questions about DEC legacy wells that need to be capped and or leaking ..Before DEC took over Carbon Natural , I attended a few Board meetings at Carbon ... The  unofficial talk around the room was of DEC and the large amount of uncapped wells in their portfolio ..

They're capping a lot of wells in Tioga co. Mostly HBP wells that East and Shell drilled,Seneca has different plans for those well pads, including them in a new Mega pad mostly.

Never understood why Shell paid East resources all that money ... East resources Marcellus wells were a flop and when Shell started drilling deeper , I never got too excited over their Utica results ... Have not really kept up on NFG results in Utica /Tioga ... NFG as an investment is not on my radar ... Looking for better returns than NFG currently offers . Things change constantly, so who knows what the future holds ...

The long term results are still out on Seneca Utica/TBR wells they seem to be getting better  longevity.than Shell did time will tell. Shell sold that for a fraction of what they paid for it.
