Funny thing is the check statement has zero description on what we were paid for.
They are insisting on us going online to view details.
Beginning of a new story...
Permalink Reply by craig on April 27, 2015 at 5:20pm Oct,$2.05/mcf/Nov,$2.19/mfc/Dec 2014,$2.80/mcf CHK kept around 30% of the royalty due for gathering/processing. Then the price went down to $1.80/mcf for January, probably just ripping us off with their cohorts at Access Midstream. They kept 62.3% from Januarys royalty, which % would go up with the lower price and slightly less production. Regardless, They are still ripping us off in Pa.

Permalink Reply by Sylvester Deal on April 29, 2015 at 2:23pm When you deliver your gas at Henry Hub you can receive Henry Hub price, it will cost though and $2.45 HH price is not an encouraging price. Historically, Appalachian gas received a premium over HH for being closer to the market. Now the production center is the Appalachian Basin, saturating the northeast market, and prices are discounted to pay for getting the gas out. More pipeline leading out to other markets are needed.
