I doubt anyone knows how successful their first well will be. I don't believe it is ready to be fraced yet, and the freshwater containment pond hasn't been built quite yet. I only see what they are doing via going out to take a look, and researching the court house and state DEP records. They are permitting multiple wells. There are other activities that seem to point to an increase drilling activity. I can't wait to see what the next 12 months brings. They must feel something great is here is my opinion, but i have no knowledge of any facts to back it up. 

One thing we DO have in our favor is the easy access to market via the large long distance natural gas lines running right through the area. I believe the gas line they will connect to in South Beaver isn't more than 1000' from the well pad/compressor station area. That is a big plus.

Thanks for your update.  I am equally interested in what the next 12 months brings.  I do know that there are gas lines that run through the area.  But how can someone look up where the lines run and what is the name of the gas line(s)?  I would like to see where they are in relation to other properties.
