The Riverfront Landowners Group, which is part of the Southeastern Ohio
Landowners Association led by Jennifer Garrison and the law office of
Bricker and Eckler, will be having a sign up and walk-in landowner
clinic at Marv's Restaurant in Sardis on Thursday, February 2nd from
10am to 4pm.  Feel free to ask questions about the group, old oil and
gas leases on your property, or recent developments in Monroe County
(e.g. the recording of 168 memorandum of oil and gas leases filed by ILG
on 12/8/11, or assigment of many leases by Beck to Exxon). If you live
in Monroe County (especially the townships of Jackson, Lee, Perry, Green
and Ohio) and/or signed a contract with ILG, then I encourage you to
talk with these attorneys on Thursday.  We are gaining critical mass
along the riverfront and have thousands of mostly contiguous acreage in
the group. This was our goal when we started because we know that O/G
producers are looking for lawyer led groups with contiguous acres.
