Sam,  MarkWest gave a great presentation of their involvement in their Wells Fargo presentation back on Dec.10, 2013. Take a look at pages 12 thru 16, & 21 for their ventures and outlook on the entire plays, including exports. Things are ramping up real fast, as the infrastructure comes into existence....   I pulled it off the net and attached it...

Perhaps some updated information about pipelines ( what, which, from where and to where, and perhaps when) will come out of the Midstream Conference in Pittsburgh at the end of this week?!

We were asked for permission by a company that wanted to do a seismic test on property in Beaver Twp. a few years ago. Maybe 5 years ago. We never heard anything more about it.

james,  ok, thanks.  I read a thread on another Co's site about the Blue Race Midstream project to be built by Caiman Energy.  I'm going to post the link here to the Blue Racer site, but I couldn't find the thread to refer folks to.  I thot I read it on the Mercer Co. site.  It looks like it's to come up into Crawford from just North of Mercer to the area of the Staab well.  That would be great to see the infrastructure moving our way.   Hope the link works.....

Also, the leasing part I found out was old news from almost 6 months ago, that sucks. I was hoping someone did start leasing again in the area. Some day soon I hope.

Markkot, i was in conneaut lake at sheetz, overheard 2 guys talking about the pipeline that was going to be built into Crawford county, they left before I did in some type of gas/oil truck, I thought it said Williams on the side, but not 100% sure. I'm guessing that the Pymatuming area up to the Erie county line is going to play into the same type of wet gas that is located in Eastern Ohio?

james,  1st  I've heard of that.  But I like the sounds of it....   when did you hear of this, where were they doing the seismic, .. who did you hear was doing the leasing or what else have you heard ???   What area do you believe the leasing was going on in ?   thanks....

I hear some of the seismic tests in western Crawford County showed some good results, I don't know if this is rumor or fact, supposedly one company has started leasing in parts for $3500 and 18%. Can anyone tell me if they have heard anything else like this or were leased recently? Thanks.

Chip: Floyd is not living up to his reputation as a genius in the O&G business. If you go to Yahoo and plug in HK you can pull up the chart for various periods of time. The two year chart shows a rather steady and prolonged downward trend. Unfortunately I bought some shares not far off HK's two year high. Fortunately, I do not have very many shares.
