If one of you would bring that lease to our meeting tomorrow night, I will look it over for you. couple of things to check; see if it is a guaranteed lease meaning that the only reason they will not pay is if your parcel(s) do not clear title.  Also, see how long they have to do the title work. If they have 120 banking days with no guarantee, they may be a flipper that will cancel the lease after tying you up for six months if they do not find a buyer.

I know nothing about them.  Could be a solid company with a great offer. If the lease is good, guaranteed, and for $3900/19% with no deductions, I would say go for it.

Great info and will try to add. Our lease in north central Mercer County was for just a fraction below the $3900 and 19%. So far I can tell you our lease allows for NO gas storage or water rights AT ALL! I want to double check the pipeline lingo before posting.

Dave, yes I saw that and it appears to negate the first references of such. Like I said I am liking what I see in this lease thus far but will await an expert's legal opinion.
